Why We Should Share What We Learn

I know of many reasons why sharing , putting that knowledge and experience out into the public domain brings many benefits

I know, because these reasons have helped me become the adaptive, transformative and the growing person I am. This is why I continue to do so.

1. To invite others into your world
2. To let others have access to learning
3. Increased transparency builds more trust
4. To open minds that may have been closed
5. To bring learning into real life and out of books
6. To contribute to changing the way we do things
7. Collaborative outlooks make for a better world
8. Sharing helps me to process what I experienced
9. It drives community-based growth, at no expense
10. To be there as a resource when others need a hand
11. We learn that others are vulnerable too when it comes to learning
12. To inspire others to keep track of your own growth, while growing their own
13. We are never alone in our challenges; there’s always others out there in the same boat
14. It might just be that one ‘aha’ that sets someone off in a direction that previously was blocked to them
15. To set the tone that its ok not to know (oh, I wish some CEO’s could start admitting they do not know
16. To encourage others to walk life with curiosity; once they know learning is out there, their level of curiosity will increase
