Cornerstone OnDemand, a leader in adaptive cloud-based HR software solutions, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire EdCast, a learning experience platform (“LXP”) software provider. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in Q2 2022, were not disclosed.
