It’s the daily decisions that shape how people feel, how teams work, and how leaders show up. The ‘mentl awards 2025’ finalists we’re celebrating today have built that culture from the inside out, proving that care and performance go hand in hand.

Deloitte Middle East recognises that mental health is a driver of long-term sustainability and a core part of leadership accountability. After facing barriers to mental health support, he built MYNDUP, a tech platform connecting users to same-day coaching and therapy in over 35 languages. Now used by 100+ companies worldwide, it’s proving that proactive, data-driven care can change the way workplaces support mental health.

Al Riyadh Charter School - Taaleem Charter Schools Network - has made student well-being a daily practice. Through school-wide SEL profiling, teacher training via lumii, parent workshops and the Riyadh Wolves house system, 3,700 students and 450 staff are learning emotional regulation, resilience and belonging in culturally sensitive, inclusive ways.

SAY Studio is redefining workplace design as a foundation of mental health. Its biophilic, sensory and movement-led approach for DNV’s Expo City office blends neuroscience with design, proving that the spaces we work in can restore energy, reduce fatigue and foster human connection.

Thrift for Good is a community built on purpose. The volunteer-led social enterprise has donated more than AED 4 million to children’s charities while creating belonging and meaning for hundreds of volunteers across Dubai. With mindfulness workshops, appreciation events and mental health first aid training, it’s showing that giving back is good for the soul.

Morris Global Consulting is reshaping the fashion industry by treating well-being as a principle, not a perk. With strict working hours, pay equity, holistic wellness options and anonymous feedback channels, the company is proving that ethical leadership and creative excellence can co-exist - and thrive.
