Future Foresight: The CXO Agenda for Intelligent Transformation presented By AURAK

Unlocking Sustainable Growth through Industry and Academia Collaboration

As the UAE economy continues its trajectory of robust growth, CEOs and CXOs face a paradox: while Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers unprecedented efficiency, predictive power, and automation, the enduring value of human intelligence—creativity, judgment, and emotional insight—remains irreplaceable. The Future Foresight Conference 5.0 will convene CEOs, CXOs, board members, academic leaders, and policymakers to explore how leaders can balance this tension to enhance enterprise performance and sustain long-term value.

The first theme, The CXO's Playbook: Unlocking Sustainable Growth through Industry and Academia Collaboration, emphasizes how partnerships between business leaders and academic institutions can accelerate innovation, nurture talent pipelines, and create applied research that directly strengthens enterprise competitiveness and national growth. The third theme, The Boardroom Lens: People as a Strategic Asset, highlights how CXOs can elevate human development from operational tasks to a central strategic priority, ensuring ethical, sustainable, and value-driven outcomes.

Through keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions, participants will gain actionable insights into harmonizing AI capabilities with human intelligence, strengthening industry–academia collaboration, and creating innovative, resilient, and ethically grounded enterprises.
