UAE Government Leadership Programme works to ensure the constant flow of leadership capabilities to various levels, thereby ensuring the achievement of the main goals of the UAE Vision 2021 and UAE Centennial 2071.

The programme includes courses on leadership and openness to the world, proactive and flexible leadership, making smart, effective and efficient decisions, effective communication, developing imagination skills, designing ideas labs, and understanding and analysing global trends and scenarios.
